Reading, writing, speaking, and listening are the four areas through which learners acquire knowledge and abilities. They will get the ability to interact with a variety of information, media, and texts to:

  • Become excellent communicators who can use all four abilities in everyday settings.
  • Consider themselves to be readers who like reading a variety of literature, including those from many eras and cultures, for information and pleasure.
  • They consider themselves authors who employ the written word in a clear and inventive manner for a variety of audiences and objectives.

How Is The Programme Taught?

This curriculum encourages the teaching of the four competencies in an integrated manner. You can teach Cambridge Primary English using a variety of activities that encourage experience, reflection, and development with the help of the resources available.
To provide real-world contexts for skill development, we suggest a variety of fiction genres, poetry, playscripts, and non-fiction materials.
